Because our products are handmade and often custom, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis.

Returns

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return

  • Items must be returned in original condition within 14 days of delivery

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
